  • REV Rhythm Ride

    45 min

    A beat-bumping, heart-pounding, sweat fest. Rhythm is the name of the game. You'll kill calories and shred your upper and lower body to the latest playlist. Instructors guide you through fun, safe choreography that makes your workout feel more like a night at the club. This class includes one weight track, just to remind you that you are working out. While the data display is not used, you will still get an email after class for you to track your progress!

  • EVOLVE Power Ride

    45 min

    Up your game with our classic power ride. This heavy sweat session uses data technology that motivates. True to the road cycling class. Riders use the performance tracking technology developed by Schwinn, to work off their own power zones and track their own progress during class. We will use Spivi leaderboard and group display technology to motivate and inspire you! PLUS receive post-ride emails with their ride details.

  • SUNDAY SERVICE

    This ride is held on Sunday evenings! Set aside some time to nourish your soul and get your mind right for the week ahead! This class will motivate you to push, climb and sprint to be your best self! With uplifting and encouraging words and music you will strengthen your body, mind and soul. During this class you will be reminded that you can do all things and that you are never alone in this life! We all need to attend Sunday Service!

  • THE SUMMIT

    Let our instructors guide you to new heights in effort, endurance, and experience during our Summit Ride. This 75-minute ride focuses on building strength and stamina through sustained efforts rather than frequent high-intensity intervals. Much like our EVOLVE classes, we simulate real road terrain indoors, incorporating steady-state efforts to build strength and endurance. Stay motivated and inspired throughout the ride with our interactive leaderboard and group display technology, designed to push your limits and elevate your performance.

    New to cycling or looking for a solid, steady workout without the high intensity? Our Beginner Ride is the perfect starting point! This class is designed to help you feel comfortable on the bike, build confidence, and introduce you to the fundamentals of indoor cycling. You'll learn proper form, bike setup, and pacing, all in a supportive, encouraging environment. We keep the intensity moderate with manageable intervals and a strong focus on steady rhythm.
